I think a new barrel is $30. And John Barnes are one of if not the biggest locksmith in Brisbane. Not much they dont have or cannot do.[/quote]

My local locksmiths - who are usually great - said they don’t have the equipment so sent me to the ‘gurus’ at John Barnes & Co who suggested I should hop on a plane and get one in Italy! WTF?

This John Barnes mob are obviously not "Gurus" AHAMAY, I've had zero success with them too.
Enjoy Italy!!!!

From their attitude I suspect little, fiddly jobs are beneath them...

All the best,

My Givi came with 2 keys, but nothing like yours, I keep one with bike key and the other on the same ring as my house key and never put my house key in my top box.
