Thanks

Hi stanger,
The filter is part of the fuel pump within the tank.
I really don't know if it's a servicable item ???

Cheers

It's part of the fuel pump which is inside the tank. I couldn't tell you if it's a serviceable item or not. workshop manual will soon tell you.

That's what I had originally thought as well, but mine has an additional one in-line ?? ?? Must have been added by previous owner!

Hi Pat,
That would be a good idea.
Where is it located and is it anything special ?
I know there would be a bit of pressure in the line, not as much as on a diesel.
It would be a good safe guard.

Cheers

Nope.

Never did fit one.
Would pay to clean out the tank occasionally.
