The hairpin at Symmons has a very steep banking on it. You stay all the way to the right until you almost aligned with the Apex, then swing hard left, back down the embankment and run it hard out the other side up against the armco to tackle the long flat sweeper..........

3 point turn will be absolutley comical...remind me to have fresh batteries in the camera for that one.

Looks like we could get the track for a half day for around $500
as a group.. so the more the merrier and cheaper..
just have to sort out a bit about insurance and what sort of safety gear we will have to have . ill keep you posted but sure would be a fun day not having to worry about the speed limits for a change..
ITS OK MATE MY BLACK BIKE WONT MIND TOWING THE ROADTRAIN AROUND FOR A COUPLE OF LAPS..

Thommo is well experienced being up against the armco in Tassie.

So far the best deal i can get $130 per bike at Baskerville..
that is a single bike hire and no minimum..
if we wanted to book the track for our sole use it is $1700. :o
so it is now just up to numbers ..$130 for the track and a couple of tanks of go go juice ,seems like it wouldnt be to bad a day..
